Direkt Kontakt aufnehmen

Dein Konto löschst du selbst in Einstellungen → Konto löschen.

Get in touch

Email: support@notimoapp.com

You help us most by mentioning your device (iPhone, iPad, computer), your browser or whether you use the app, and what exactly happened. Inside the app you can also use Settings → Report a bug to attach technical details automatically.

My MIDI piano is not detected

Over USB: connect the cable directly to your device (on iPhone/iPad you need a suitable adapter), switch the piano on, then open Notimo. The top bar shows “Piano connected” as soon as it works.

Over Bluetooth: in the iPhone app go to Settings → Search Bluetooth piano and pair your instrument there. In a browser, Bluetooth MIDI only works once the operating system has paired the piano — most reliably in Chrome or Edge. On iPhone and iPad, Apple lets no browser reach your piano; there it only works in the Notimo app.

No MIDI piano? Everything works with the on-screen keyboard too.

Importing your own sheet music

Go to Songs → Import Song and load files in .mxl, .musicxml, .xml, .mid or .midi format. On iPhone simply tap your file in the Files dialog — it can also come from iCloud or another app.

If an import fails, the file is usually a PDF or an image. Notimo needs real notation data (MusicXML/MIDI), not scanned sheet music.

Notimo Pro: buy, manage, cancel

Pro unlocks the full learning path, all songs, all trainings and the advanced analytics. Where you bought decides where you manage it:

Bought in the iPhone app (via Apple): manage and cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Notimo under Settings → Manage subscription (App Store).

Bought on the website (via Stripe): under Settings → Manage subscription or any time on our cancellation page.

Your Pro status always belongs to your Notimo account — no matter which device you sign in on.

Sign-in and account

You can sign in with Apple, with Google or via an email code. If the code does not arrive, please check your spam folder — and mark the message as “not spam” so future emails reach you.

You can delete your account yourself under Settings → Delete account. All associated data is removed; an active web subscription is cancelled in the process.

Common questions

Which browsers support the MIDI piano feature?

On a computer, a MIDI piano works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. On iPhone and iPad, Apple lets no browser reach the piano — there it only works in the Notimo app. Lessons, theory and the on-screen keyboard run in every modern browser.

Which languages does Notimo support?

The interface is available in German, English, Spanish, French, Persian, Arabic, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Note names are a separate setting, for example Do-Re-Mi.

Is my progress saved across devices?

Without an account, progress stays on this device. Sign in with Apple, Google or email and it stays on every device, in the browser and in the iOS app.
